Encevra AI acquires Lexplio
Lexplio's contract analysis is now powered by Encevra's Noetis engine, while Lexplio's existing V3 engine remains the standard tier.
Lexplio helps people understand the contracts they are asked to sign: NDAs, employment agreements, leases, purchase agreements, service agreements, and HOA covenants. It joins Encevra AI with its product and its users intact.
What changes for Lexplio users
Nothing is removed. V3 stays as the standard tier for a fast, readable first review. Alongside it, Noetis Deep Research becomes the deeper option: a panel of specialists reviews the contract and returns findings that quote the document directly, each carrying a verification status.
In our own internal comparison on contract material, the Noetis tier detected close to 30% more issues and produced more accurate citations than V3. That comparison is internal and was scored by our own diagnostic, not independently adjudicated, so treat it as an indication rather than a published benchmark.
Why it fits
Encevra builds analysis that refuses to release a claim it cannot support from the source. Contract review is the clearest case for that discipline: a confident summary with an invented clause reference is worse than no summary at all. When the evidence is not sufficient, the result is marked incomplete rather than dressed up as finished.
