Encevra Desk · Connectors

Your evidence already lives in email, files and threads.

Connectors bring it into a decision with read-only access. Sidekick finds it, Noetis analyses exactly what was captured, and every finding points back to the source.

How connectors work

01

Connect your own account

On the Connections page you sign in to Gmail, Google Drive or Slack yourself. Each connection belongs to you and your workspace, never shared with another customer.

02

Tag it in Sidekick

Type @gmail or @drive in Sidekick. It reads recent email, PDF and Word attachments, or files, and tells you what it found and what it could not read.

03

Send it to Noetis

Press Send to Noetis. A new decision or investigation opens with the question and sources prefilled. You finish the form and run it.

04

Captured once, cited forever

Noetis captures the material a single time, with its source, version and retrieval time. Later changes create a new version and never rewrite a past run.

How we use

Composio

Encevra uses Composio as the secure layer that handles sign-in and API access to each app. Sign-in runs on Encevra's own Google and Slack apps, so the consent screen names Encevra and asks only for what we use.

Composio is only ever called from Encevra's servers. Your browser never sees keys or tokens, and every request is tied to your signed-in account.

  • Read-only by default

Gmail is connected with read-only permission. Encevra cannot send, delete or change your email or files.

  • Server-checked sign-in

Each connection is verified with Composio on our servers before it shows as connected, and bound to the person who started it.

  • Allowlisted actions

Only a short list of reading actions is permitted. Instructions hidden inside an email or document can never unlock more.

  • Disconnect means stop

Disconnecting blocks use immediately and revokes access upstream. Evidence you deliberately kept in a case stays with that case.

Exploring

How connectors fit the Encevra Desk

Evidence picker

Add from connected apps sits next to uploads when you build an analysis, with coverage limits shown before you run.

Frozen snapshots

Every run keeps the exact material it analysed, so a released Decision Record never changes when a source does.

Honest coverage

Unsupported attachments, inaccessible files and long threads are listed plainly. Encevra never claims complete evidence when it is not.

Deadlines and follow-ups

Sidekick can spot renewal dates and missing documents in your email, then draft the request for you to send.
