Pricing

Engine and API pricing

Three separate things can be paid for: a custom engine configuration, the runs you make through the API, and an agreement for committed volume or customer facing use.

Live API access requires account approval. Customer facing deployments require a licensing agreement.

Studio configuration

Discussed at setupper new custom engine

A custom engine configuration saved to your account: its job, specialist responsibilities, review rules and output. New engines are set up together on a call; scope and pricing are agreed there. Edits and new versions are free.

Requires

  • Five short questionnaire answers
  • A setup call with our team

Does not include API usage, live API access or rights to show outputs to your customers.

Prepaid API usage

2x model costper released run, minimum $0.01

Runs on catalog or custom engines through the API. Only runs whose brief passes the release checks are charged. Incomplete, failed and cancelled runs are not charged.

Requires

  • Prepaid credits, top ups from $10 to $5000
  • An approved account for live keys
  • A $4.00 hold per run while it works, which caps the charge

Sandbox keys return simulated runs and make no model calls.

Commercial agreement

Quotedagreed in writing

Committed volume at an agreed rate, and the rights needed to show outputs to your own customers.

Requires

  • A conversation about your workflow
  • A signed agreement

Not a self serve subscription. Nothing is charged through checkout.

Discuss licensing
Schedule an engine setup call

Scope and pricing for a custom engine are agreed on the call. Nothing is charged at checkout.

A hypothetical usage example

Hypothetical figures, not a measured run. Suppose a released run used $0.40 of measured model cost. It would be charged $0.80, twice the measured cost. While it worked, $4.00 of credit was held; the remaining $3.20 is released. If the same run ended incomplete, failed or was cancelled, nothing would be charged and the full hold would be released.

Quoted terms

  • Build$0.95 per run, $500 per month minimum
  • Scale$0.75 per run, $4,000 per month minimum
  • OEMBy agreement

Build and Scale are quoted terms agreed in writing. They are not processed by self serve billing and cannot be bought at checkout.

What each status means

Template status
Where a catalog engine stands in its own evidence record. Implemented means one bounded development check ran; it is not a quality result.
Runtime access
Calling the API with a live key. Requires an approved account and prepaid credits. Sandbox keys return simulated runs.
Studio configuration
A saved custom engine configuration on your account, set up with us on a call. It does not grant live API access or licensing rights.
Evaluation
Testing an engine on your own material with us, arranged per customer.
Licensed deployment
Showing outputs to your customers inside your product, under a written agreement.
